One day a week will be dedicated to a person making this world a better place.
People similar to this lady who will be my inspiring woman numéro un:
Candy Chang, a LA based artist/designer who likes to create amazing art installments to “make cities more comfortable for people”. How wicked is that?
Go check out her site. Or if you need convincing (you really shouldn’t) then check these out…
I Wish This Was
A project based in New Orleans where stickers where created and distributed to the locals to write their wishes on and place around abandoned buildings in their neighborhoods.
Before I Die
An abandoned house turned giant chalkboard. Created to help people stop, think and remember and share what is important to them.
The alphabetical peep-show. These images played on the wall to accompany live performances of songs from her record Typography.
