About Me
Why hey there,
I am Courtney and you’ve stumbled across my blog.
I started this blog just over two years ago on a rainy day and have somehow managed to keep it alive for longer then I do my house plants.
I’ve done a lot and changed even more over the two short years and while many posts from my earlier days make me cringe/make me want to slap my younger stupid self, I have refrained from deleting them because it’s just such a great way to document life in my 20′s.
A little bit about me:
I was born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand. I am the eldest of three.
I got my Bachelors degree at AUT in Communications Studies.
I got my first job out of University at an Advertising agency in Auckland called Colenso BBDO. I love it and have done some cool things in my time there.
Love photography and run my own little side business during my weekends.
Love to cook healthy versions of unhealthy things.
Slightly obsessed with all thing spiritual, heath and superfood related. I especially love blogs on these topics.
Will one day own a Husky cross pomeranian.
Two months ago I decided to quit all of my above responsibilities and finally do what most 23 year olds are dying to do: Travel.
The Plan:
My first stop on June 2013 is New York, which will be my place of residence for 3 months while I spend a little more time outdoors (and away from technology) as a Life Guard / Swim teacher at Camp America in Upstate New York.

I’ll be writing as often as I can because not only do I have a shocking memory, but my Grandmother would slap me across the wrists for not keeping the family updated on my adventures.
Love connecting with other bloggers, especially ones who have travel advice for a slightly unprepared wild child with nothing to lose, so reach out and say hi!
Monsoon Poon used to have amazing Vietnamese Spring Rolls… in the city xx
Make your own vietnamese spring rolls……..great lunch !!
hey court, i found this “Hot Air Balloon” picture on your website. is it possible to get a print out of it?
Hey,
If you click on the image – it should bring it up full screen and from there you can print it.
I don’t have a high resolution version unfortunately – but you may be able to find and buy one online!
Hope that helps :)
